This site has three forms. Here is what each asks for, why, and where it goes.

What the forms collect

The leaf form: surname, village or town, phone, how to reply, and your consent to show the surname and village.
The table request form: which table or a question, how many guests, preferred month or week, your name, phone, how to reply, whose place is set at the head, and a note.
The memorial-meal form: your name, phone, how to reply, and a date or period.

Why

To reply to you, to confirm a table once the date is set, and, with your consent, to show your family’s leaf. Nothing else: no newsletter, no advertising.

Where it is kept

Today the forms are not connected: what you type stays in your browser and is not sent to us.

Before the forms are connected, this page will name the service that stores your answers.

How to have it deleted

Write to us and we delete your request and your leaf. The contact address is added here before launch.

Who is responsible

The founders’ company. Its name and registration number are added here before launch.

Cookies and analytics

None today: this site sets no cookies and loads no analytics. The fonts come from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address.
